Join Thrown Stone Theatre Company for PROLOGUE, a gathering to mark the company’s arrival in South Norwalk, on Thursday, April 24, at HMTX Global Headquarters (27 Seir Hill Rd.). This will be an evening of cocktails, conversation, and one colossal announcement. It begins with a toast and light refreshments at 6:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., there will be a panel discussion — New Stories for a Changing World — that will explore the role of art in uncertain times. Panelists include Jai Chakrabarti, author of A Play for the End of the World; James Dean Palmer and Jonathan Winn, director and playwright of Fools’ Paradise; and poet and professor Laurel S. Peterson, who will facilitate the conversation. Afterward, surprise guests will share a transformative vision of what’s next for Thrown Stone — and invite you to play a role in it.
