Special Event Sponsorship Package
We are thrilled to present the 2024 Special Event Sponsorship Package, which offers your business or organization a unique opportunity to gain visibility and recognition at some amazing events hosted by the City of Norwalk. By becoming a sponsor, you will not only align your brand with these exciting experiences but also reach tens of thousands of potential customers.

Vendor Applications
If sponsorship isn’t the right fit for your business at this time, you can still be part of the excitement by becoming a vendor at our upcoming events. We are currently accepting Vendor Applications for two fantastic opportunities:
SoNo stride antique, vintage and thrift weekend – april 13 & 14
We are turning Washington Street into fun antique, vintage and thrift market. With over 30 vendors inside 5 empty retail spaces, shoppers will get to stroll in and out and shop! Vendors will set up on Saturday morning and storefronts will be locked at night. Merchandise can be left Saturday night as well. Two days of vending and only one pack in and out! Sponsored by The City Of Norwalk and Eco Evolution, the event will be heavily advertised via multiple channels and we will expect a heavy turnout. Sign up to be a vendor here.
Halloween Nightfair – October
The Halloween Nightfair promises to be a thrilling event, with sponsors lining Washington Street to captivate our expected crowd of 2000+ attendees. We are actively seeking eclectic and unique vendors to showcase their materials and products at this event. Your presence will add to the overall excitement of this spooktacular experience. Holiday Extravaganza – November
Our Holiday Extravaganza was an incredible success last year, and we wanted to make it even better by creating a magical holiday experience for attendees, complete with an indoor holiday craft market. We are looking for vendors who specialize in homemade crafts, perfect for holiday gifting. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your craft and connect with holiday shoppers.
