Navigating Difficult Conversations with Your Children. Parenting presents unique challenges, including managing screen time and navigating difficult conversations about friendships, emotions, and responsibilities.

This interactive workshop will give parents practical strategies to:

  • Communicate effectively during challenging moments
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with your children.

Through real-life scenarios, expert insights, and guided discussions, you will gain tools to create a home environment where children feel supported and understood while learning the skills they need to thrive.
