O’Neill’s Irish Pub & Restaurant

The Soul of Ireland in the Heart of South Norwalk, CT O’Neill’s Irish Pub and Restaurant was opened by The Brothers O’Neill on St. Patrick’s Day, 1999. Taking their cues from one of Dublin’s oldest and respected pubs, The Brian Boru in Glasnevin, the Brothers O’Neill, and their entire team has since won the hearts of many with their welcoming environment, good company, and great food and drink, all wrapped in true Irish hospitality. In 2008 O’Neill’s built their dream pub a few doors down from its original location. The new dwelling pays homage to the pubs of ol’, from its stately turret-style brick façade to the crafted wood bar, stone fireplace, and intimate dining nooks throughout the space. The menu features pub favorites from juicy burgers and corned beef sandwiches, to Irish specialties such as old world beef stew, bangers and mash, and shepherd’s pie. O’Neill’s is famous for their “perfect Guinness pour” and a conversation over a glass of whiskey. Craft cocktails, seasonal beer selections, and a relaxing glass of wine round out the beverage program. O’Neill’s takes pride in participating in many fundraising events including the annual charity golf outing, St Baldrick’s head-shaving event, their annual 5K race, and many more causes that are dear to their hearts and have an impact on the community. O’Neill’s Irish Pub and Restaurant remains a pillar of the City of Norwalk.
