Summer Sand & Sound Bath Series presented by the City of Norwalk Department of Recreation & Parks in partnership with Create Grow Flow LLC, at Calf Pasture Beach (99 Calf Pasture Beach Rd.), on five Sundays, July 6, July 20, August 3, August 17 and August 31, from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Experience the tranquility at the shore and gentle waves of healing with theses bi-weekly sessions. Allow the harmonious blend of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and drums to guide you to relaxation. Rain location is at the Norwalk Senior Center Gym, 11 Allen Rd. City Fireworks at Calf Pasture Beach. The City of Norwalk will showcase the spectacular 2025 Independence Day Concert & Fireworks Show on Thursday, July 3 (rain date July 5), at Calf Pasture Beach (Shady Beach Park)! Enjoy a live performance by Connecticut’s own DJ Jimmy Nuzzo at 5:00 p.m. and Soul Amazing at 7:15 before the fireworks begin. Free Resident Parking available at Shady Beach, Taylor Farm or Marvin Elementary School (paper pass required; check that your vehicle is on the City`s grand list to avoid a fine).
