There's no need to touch your toes or wear fancy clothes, just show up and allow your self to check in for an hour of you- time and check out from the frenzy of day-to-day life. There is a class here for everyone so whether you've practiced before or been an avid yogi for years we have a class that will suite you and a community that will embrace you.
