Services include:

Home Care Agency - Home care help, along with a range of personal care, homemaker and companion services. This includes light housekeeping, laundry, some cooking, grocery shopping, escort assistance to doctor appointments and more.

Adult Day Center – Non-residential social assistance services to improve the quality of life for elderly persons diagnosed with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. We offer several trips including casinos, parks, beaches, zoos, boating, and more. Our daily activities include but are not limited to daily yoga or arm exercises, book club, computer lab, walking club, movie hour, trivia hour, puzzle club, dancing hour, bingo, social hour and more. We also have breakfast and lunch catered to our membership along with mid-day and afternoon refreshments. The hours of operation are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Transportation Services - Providing help to seniors to get to and from their doctor appointments. Also transporting seniors with disabilities. Our van has a ramp to easily get into the vehicle, along with meeting ADA guidelines for wheelchairs.

Notary Services – In-home notary services for clients that cannot leave their homes and have important documents that need a notary.

Concierge Services - Providing assistance with a client's personal needs, such as making travel arrangements, scheduling doctor appointments, bookkeeping tasks, paying bills, completing Medicaid and Medicare applications, running errands, etc. This service is meant to support the seniors and adults with disabilities and allow them to have relief with some of the day-to-day tasks that occur in their lives.

Onsite Psychiatry Services located in our Adult Day Care Center - Providing services to those who have depression, anxiety ADHD, OCD, PTSD and more, evaluated and treated at HPS level.

Senior Advisor Services - Providing assistance with relocating seniors to a more suitable residential area. This option is available if homecare and our daycare program are no longer safe options for our seniors.
