Washington Street, South Norwalk
Experience one of Norwalk’s most anticipated fall celebrations as Washington Street transforms into a lively festival of sights, sounds, and seasonal fun. From afternoon through evening, the Halloween Nightfair offers a full day of activities, food, shopping, and entertainment for all ages.
Start the afternoon with family-friendly favorites like pumpkin painting sponsored by Wegmans, face painting, games, and trick or treating filled with sweets. You might even spot a baby goat in costume (the perfect photo opportunity)! Browse 60+ unique vendors offering themed candles, eclectic jewelry, cozy sweatshirts, kettle corn, candy, and other festive finds.
As night falls, Washington Street comes alive with glowing lights, live entertainment, and a costume contest on the main stage with cash prizes for creativity and showmanship. Adults can unwind at the Blind Rhino Beer Garden, located near the stage, featuring beer, wine, cider, and canned cocktails. Enjoy good drinks, picnic tables, and cornhole as the music carries the celebration into the evening.
