Yoga Classes

Thursdays, April 3 through June 12 (10 sessions) from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Presented by the City of Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department at the Norwalk Senior Center. Participants ages 16 and older will get to learn the basics of yoga, including a combination of hatha and vinyasa yoga, which involve basic shapes and postures to build strength and enhance flexibility.
