Pan-African flag-raising ceremony

Mayor Harry Rilling invites the community to the City of Norwalk’s Pan-African flag-raising ceremony at the Heritage Wall, to commemorate Black History Month. This new tradition is in recognition of the African Diaspora and its struggles for Black liberation, equity and freedom.
