(Not) Just for Kids hosted by the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra

Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22

(Not) Just for Kids will highlight the Brass Quintet (trumpets, trombone, horn, tuba), which all have their origin in the same skill called “buzzing.” Explore the science and physics of their sounds and learn the versatility of these instruments across different music genres such as jazz, ragtime, blues and more, as the Orchestra gets ready for its Music for All Ages concert highlighting multi-cultural American music. Friday’s (Not) Just for Kids program is at Norwalk City Hall (125 East Ave.) at 4:45 p.m. Saturday’s (Not) Just for Kids program is at Norwalk Public Library (1 Belden Ave.) at 11:00 a.m. The Music for All Ages concert is Sunday, March 23 at Norwalk Concert Hall (125 East Ave.) at 3:00 p.m. Learn more at www.norwalksymphony.org.
