20 Hour Yin Yoga Training

to understand Yin Yoga
Thursday & Friday, April 13th & 14th | 1-5pm
Saturday & Sunday, April 15th & 16th | 1-7pm
Yin is an often misunderstood, overlooked, and underutilized practice. Benefits include: recovery, chronic pain, reducing inflammation and scar tissue, increasing joint range of motion, and mental or emotional well-being.
This 20-hour Yin Yoga training is a space to hone your voice, sequence through fascial release, and embody the quiet from stillness. Sequencing will be explored in realms of fascia, meridians, and pain/injury prevention or recovery. Expect to walk away with confidence in your teaching of this practice and discover your own authentic voice.
This training is also great for those that would like to deepen their yin practice, but aren’t certified instructors.
