Andrea Archvadze's journey from dishwasher to chef is a testament to his passion for sharing Georgian cuisine. After honing his skills in Brooklyn's Georgian restaurants, Andrea and Akaki opened two successful establishments, Royal Garden Tbilisi and Royal Palace Tbilisi, before bringing Cheese & Bread to Norwalk. Our menu showcases a variety of signature dishes, from the beloved khachapuri—a delightful bread filled with a cheese, egg, and butter mixture—to meat and fish kebabs, khinkali dumplings, and veal stew.
